We count only what can be verified, not what people write about themselves. 85% is skills: a badge at the required level counts in full, a lower badge in proportion, attending a course 30% of the skill and booking it 10%. 15% is accepted solutions to company tasks. What you say you know doesn't count until you prove it with a test.
