Privacy Policy

Draft for the beta stage, to be legally reviewed before the commercial launch.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email and phone number (we use the phone to reach you about any problem with your account), your account type and preferred language.

Usage data you create yourself: your profile, bookings, reviews, quiz results and badges, task submissions and the files you upload, and your CV items.

A short security log (sign-in time, IP address and browser type) to protect your account and detect abuse.

When you sign up we keep your email briefly to send the confirmation code, and delete it within two hours if you don't finish. If you upload a CV for a goal suggestion, we read it on the spot and keep neither the file nor its text.

Why we use it

To run the service: bookings, verification, building your live CV, and sending notifications and messages about your account.

We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't use third-party trackers.

Who we share it with

With the teacher or centre you book with: your name, email, phone and note, to arrange attendance and payment.

With the company whose task you submit to: your name, your solution and your result.

Nobody sees your live CV unless you turn on its public link yourself. We never sell your data.

If you choose "I'm open to work", verified companies see your badges, major, city and year without your name. They only get your details if you accept their request, and you can stop that at any time.

How we protect it

Passwords are encrypted with Argon2 and can't be read. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and data access is limited by permissions.

Uploaded files are checked and stored under random names, and recorded lectures are encrypted and streamed only to those entitled to them.

Verification documents are seen only by the ROTBA team, every view is logged, and the files are deleted as soon as the account is verified.

Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: sign-in session, form protection and your chosen language. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

At any time you can download a copy of all your data, edit it, or permanently delete your account from "Account & security".

We keep backups for a limited period; your data is removed from them with the next backup cycle.
