Terms of Use

1. About ROTBA

ROTBA is an intermediary platform connecting students and graduates with teachers, training centres and companies. It doesn't teach itself; it organises access to learning and documents its results.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the secrecy of your password. Creating an account in someone else's name, or more than one account per person, is not allowed.

Teachers, centres and companies are reviewed before verification, and ROTBA may ask for proof of their information.

3. Booking and payment

At this stage, payment is made directly between the student and the teacher or centre (CliQ or on attendance). A booking is confirmed once the amount is received.

A student can cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before the first session; the refund is arranged with the teacher or centre. ROTBA charges the teacher or centre an agreed commission.

4. Badges and reviews

"Verified" badges are awarded for activity that actually happened on the platform and are never sold. Any cheating or manipulation leads to the badge being withdrawn and the account suspended.

Only students who attended a course can review it. Abusive or false content is not allowed, and the admins may hide a violating review, stating the reason.

5. Company tasks

A student's solution stays theirs, unless they agree in writing with the company to transfer the right to use it for an announced reward.

A company commits to keeping tasks small (3–10 hours), free of confidential or real personal data, and to granting the announced reward to the winners.

6. Content and lectures

Course and lecture content belongs to the centre or teacher. Recording, publishing or sharing it outside the platform is not allowed.

The content owner confirms they have the right to publish it and that it is educational. ROTBA may review or stop any lecture, and viewers can report it.

Recorded lectures carry a watermark with the viewer's name, used to trace the source of any leak. Each account can play them on one device at a time.

7. Account suspension

ROTBA's admins may suspend any account that violates these terms or abuses other users, or suspend any violating course or task.
